Hello Musers, its Mani Monday time!
Today’s mani involves nailart stickers from the Dollar Tree.
I have recently become quite the fan of the beauty section of the Dollar Tree! I recently did a mini Dollar Tree beauty haul where I picked up these nailart stickers. I’m always wanting to experiment with my nails and I’ve tried different brands of nailart stickers. When I saw these in the beauty section, I decided to give them a try!
For this mani look, I used two of the full nail designs from this set, and one of the French tip designs. Then I mixed in a pink accent nail using Avon True Color Pro+ Nail Enamel in Viva Pink.
The result ~
The products ~
- Sassy & Chic Nail Art Stickers from Dollar Tree
- Avon True Color Pro+ Nail Enamel in Viva Pink (no longer available online)
- Avon True Color Quick Dry Top Coat
- Avon Gel Finish Top Coat
The nailart stickers were exactly like regular stickers.
The type of paper it was on had the feel & consistency of a normal sticker you would find in a pack of stickers. Because of the material of the nail stickers, I used a top coat to try to give it the shiny look & feel of nail polish. That did kinda work. The tips rubbed off fairly quickly, within a day or so, but the rest of the sticker stayed put until I removed it with polish remover.
I would say for a quick, cute and extremely inexpensive mani, these Dollar Tree nailart stickers do a pretty good job.
